Allison Barnes is a seasoned coach and organizational effectiveness consultant with over 15 years of professional experience.  She has advised executives and emerging leaders from global organizations including financial services, insurance, retail, advertising, media and start-ups.

From coaching to leadership workshops and off-sites, Allison can be counted on to provide energetic, thoughtful and transformative interventions.   

Allison is an expert in the global space with a cumulative 20 years of living and working in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.  This unique background and real-world experience informs her coaching and consulting approach.  It enables her to provide clients with the strategies, tools, and inspiration to thrive and lead with vision, values, and purpose in complex, global environments.
